| The purpose of this organization shall be to cooperate with, support and aid financially, mental health services in McHenry County; to foster mental health programs; to educate and inform the general public in areas of mental health problems and prevention; to receive, manage, expend, and use such monies and other property that the League may receive for such purposes.
